Principal, Simon Smith, has over 25 years of key experience in the shopping centre leasing and development industry as a senior executive with several national landlords.  During this time, he completed over six million square feet of transactions, generating millions of dollars in asset value, resulting in long-term property income stabilization. Prior to his entry into the shopping centre business, Simon was a graduate of the Urban Development Program at Western University, where he completed a published thesis upon graduation from the Honours Program.
